Sony Corporation, one of the large companies in Japan, paid former employees about 5 million yen for inventing a new technology used in the playstation. On the other hand lower court ruling rejected his demand. Hidehiro Kume wanted 100 million yen for his invention of the optical that used to play and record a data on disc for the popular game during 2003. "I thank the court for identifying some of my contributiuons to the company" Kume said "But the company should have appreciate my contributions when I was an employee" he said agian. Now it time for Sony Corp to thinking harder about him.
Fron my point of view, the Sony Company should be more concerned about the welfare and conditions of it employees than it did before.
