The man in the photo is Cyril. He is the fantastic freeman magician. He has a great tricks that always make people impressed like sleeping on the air, teleport, fire him self and transform objects. Freeman magician is the mangicians that always have live show in the public places not on stage. I have seen him on Youtube, he plays a tricks in Lacoste store.
